Making a DateTime

• By default, DateTime objects have no time zone
• rather, they're in the "floating" time zone

my $dt =
    DateTime->new( year => 2005, month => 6, day => 28 );

• Can specify up to your desired precision.
• unspecified components are "zeroed" out (or "oned" out).
